It took a second for me to melt,
I could feel what his heart felt,
Agony and pain was writ over him,
wanting to save a soul,chances were dim,
He needed help and some money,
I reacted, saw nothing funny,
Gave away all that i had,
He felt good,just a tad
He promised to repay it all,
If not in winter,then in Fall,
I kept believing in his tale,
The Debt was now bad and stale.
What did i loose in all this,
What did he gain,that was not his,
Humanity was at stake,
I did it for God's sake.
What we deserve we shall get,
The rest of all,we should forget,
What you lost is not your loss,
You have gained in net and in gross
Leave this story behind for now,
You always reap as you sow,
Hear what the wise old men say,
Cheer up,It is a brand new day
